Shipping policy

Delivery Charges UK and Ireland

Standard delivery charges start at £3.00 and go up to £25.00 (see details below) for  delivery to all UK destinations. 
Some orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany, others are shipped from the UK. Delivery takes 5-9 days for shipments from Germany and 1-2 days for shipments from the UK.

UK Standard Delivery charges are:

order value up to £50 = £3.00
order value £50 - £100 = £8.50
order value £100 - £150 = £12.00
order value £150 - £300 = £20.00
order value over £300 = £25.00
order value over £600 = free

We also offer fast 2-3 days delivery to UK customers for certain items only. These are items stocked in our warehouse in the UK. We don't charge extra for this service. 

Please Note: you should expect to have to sign for your delivery, we advise that you request delivery to an address where someone is present to sign for it. 

Delivery Charges Europe

Delivery charges to European countries start at £6.50 and go up to £25.00 (see details below).
We offer only one levels of service for all orders to Europe. This economy service is shipped with a courier service such as Hermes, DPD, UPS or FedEX. Delivery will usually take 4-7 days, dependant on location. 

Europe Economy Courier charges are:

order value up to £20 = £6.50
order value £20 - £150 = £15.00
order value over £150 = £25.00

Delivery Charges Rest of World

Courier Worldwide applies for all orders with shipping destination outside Europe. This courier service usually takes 7-10 days for delivery from dispatch. Shipping prices start at £35.00.
Please Note: international orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted.

Rest of World Courier charges are:

order value up to £100 = £35.00
order value £100 - £150 = £60.00
order value over £150 = £90.00

Please Note: For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK. These restrictions are online fraud prevention measures issued by the banking community and are beyond our control, sorry.

Signature at Point of Delivery
As a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery. The vast majority of drivers will no longer leave parcels unattended for security reasons, leaving a note for the driver to leave a parcel inside the back gate for example may not be fulfilled.

As such we always advise that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the parcel i.e. a work address or trusted neighbour.

Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
If your delivery country is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT. VAT (Value Added Tax @ 20%) will be automatically calculated and included in your total according to the delivery country that you select when choosing your delivery options. No further import taxes will be due on your order.

For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case. Some countries (including but not limited to Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Missing or Damaged Delivery
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately through our contact form or over the phone. If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. By speaking to customer services they can advise you on the best course of action.

Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation by possibly sending out a replacement item or having the defective item repaired.

If your goods appear to have gone missing, for UK orders we have to wait 14 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed w can re-send the goods.
